Where can I get assembly instructions?

Friend, I don't have what you're looking for, but look on your instruction sheets fro the manufacturer and model of the set and you can contact them for parts. They may send you to one of their many distributors for what you need. It should be in your assembly paperwork.

I have found reference on web pages to more than one garden swing with the name "Bali." I don't know if you mean "Bali" as a brand name or if it is just part of the descriptive name of the garden swing or if the swing was originally made in Bali. I also have no idea if your garden swing is wood or metal.

I have found some instructions online for garden swings. Perhaps one or more of the instructions will demonstrate how to assemble your garden swing.

Error code E075
[Cause]
Because of the factors listed below, some problems may occur in the controls to prevent the transfer belt
shifting to one side due to malfunctions of the swing motor assembly and in such a case error code E075 gets
displayed.
1) Sliding fault of the part A in the Fig.1
2) Deformation of the sheet metal of the swing motor assembly
[Factory measures]
1) The resinous material has been added, as shown in the Fig. 2, to improve sliding.
2) The reinforcing sheet metal has been added, as shown in the Fig. 2, to prevent deformation of the sheet
metal of the swing motor assembly.

When the error code E075 gets displayed, run checks as described in the Service Bulletin CLC1000-005
(CAUSE OF PROBLEMS BROUGHT ABOUT BY ERRORS OF THE TRANSFER BELT
MECHANISM). If the error code E075 still gets displayed even after running the checks, replace the old
swing motor assembly with the new type by, following the instructions on removing the transfer belt swing
motor assembly described on page 4-50 of the Service Manual.

Yes the swing plate assembly drives the fuser. There are other causes if you have lost fuser drive or are getting a grinding noise from the back of the printer. One cause is the blue plastic clips that hold the fuser in. One thing to check, looking at the back of your printer. Open the back door and turn the printer off then back on. Look at the left side as viewed from the back and see if the fuser "pops out" a bit when it starts to run. Try pushing in on the fusing unit on that side if this happens. If the noise goes away that blue clip on the left side is broken. I have seen this numerous times on this model.
As for the swing plate assembly.....that is quite a job and I doubt if anyone can type up instructions. You can find these online in kit form that have instructions included. Just Google search 4350 swing plate and you will find them.

Your 4 screws may hold the swing piece to the slide piece. You actually secure it to the slide side wall with one of the red screw caps but you can also secure it with 4 screws that screw into the plastic.  You can also find the manual and assembly instructions at littletikes.com

It needs to be looked at by a technician to see it there are any broken gears in it.
