Iphone going straight to voicemail without ringing

they wont be able to move the contacts from the tracphone unless it was an iphone tracphone because other phones have a different OS. your going to have to delete the current email on the phone then put the one you're trying to use on it. Now the ringing part i would check with them to make sure your provider isnt having your calls forwarded straight to your voicemail. hope this helpped

Go to "settings" icon, lick on it scroll to "do not disturb" click on that and make sure you have all turned off.

What system is this? Does the call go to your phone systems voicemail or the phone companies voicemail?

check in settings/phone to see if you have maybe turned on call forwarding and it is being forwarded automatic to your voicemail box number

You please change the setting from answer voicemail to ring mode if you have any dificaltey refer your phone user manual book and reset the option

i would got into your voicemail settings and check to see if you have it set to ring once then straight to vmail.. i'm not sure how your phone is set up completely but i would assume you can adjust the amount of rings before vmail picks up.. is this phone new to you?
