Hey Jeff, you did check fuse in fuse box on driver side,if good and secure, then it may be your blower motor resister,it's located by blower motor, controls the blower motor,if bad it won't run or just on some speeds,if part doesn't fix,Autozone will refund. You can't tell by looking at resister to see if bad. Here's a link to the blower motor resistor,
if u sre geting fire from the plug and u have gas i will say that its a good thing it dont start could led to fire and maybe alot of unnesry damge.but over all it should start hold to to the wild open it might be geting the wrong air to gas mix to run right .does it have alot of miles ,is the wires on right.if so then cheack ur time it may have jump or flat spot on cam .but if u have air gas and fire it has to start inless u r fireing on exs instead of intake.hope this helps u??
Sounds like your fuel air mixture is a little rich. Check your plugs, if they are black you are running rich which will cause some of the excess fuel to be burned off in your exhaust. Two common problems with a bikes fuel air mixture is bad plugs, if one does not fire consistently all the time it will leave excess fuel in the combustion chamber. Another would be a clogged air filter keeping the fuel air mixture unbalanced as well.
Lastly if you are able to, you may adjust your air fuel screws on your carb. However most Honda's are stock with Keihin carburetors and these air fuel screws are plugged so you cannot make adjustments without drilling out the plugs.
You should have a #50 relay hooked up to the main blower assembley to turn the 24 volts on and off with the blower to the humidistat. Alot of humidifiers sold do not tell you about the #50 relay. They assume that you are a hvac pro and you aready know about.
Good luck

It snot the funnest job the accelerator cable is connect to the very tip top of the gas pedal and runs through the fie wall to the throttle body. Step one disconnect it from the top of the gas pedal by using 2 10mm wrenches and youll have to be upside down for this and remove the bottom dash covers using 10mm wrenches and phillips #2 screw driver its not easy to get to I'll tell you that alot of things in the way wiring etc. step two disconnect it from fire wall and throttlebody using 10 mm wrenches and clip remover or needle nose pliers pull from engine side carefully and reinstall new one opposite feeding it from the engine side through the firewall I have found it just as easy to remove the dash itself but it can be done without doing this.
the problem could be either the motor is bad or the reostat (it controls the speed of the motor is faulty.) the reostat is located in the blower motor housing and has two wires going to it. the blower motor is located either on the passenger side fire wall inside the cab behind the glove box or on the fire wall under the hood. please rate this
