Hi
I would suggest you start with Yahoo and go to their log in page where you can get help by clicking on the "I can't access my account" and following through the instructions to get your password changed.
You can then go to the Facebook log in page
Welcome to Facebook Log In Sign Up or Learn More
and enter your Facebook username and click on the "Forgotten your password" link immediately underneath the password box. Again follow through the instructions and they will send a link to your newly accessible Yahoo account which you can use to change your password for Facebook.
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya
Cheers

SOURCE: MY SECURITY PAGE WON'T LET ME LOG INTO FACEBOOK IS

if your security doesnot let you go do this: open the internet browser , hit tools from the menu bar from top , then scroll down to internet options, then click security and change the four icons (internet, local internet, tusted sites or restricted sites to default then hit apply then ok) you should be fine but if you have antvirus like norton, you have to go to setting and modify your firewall and trust sites and gives permission for the website you like to open, it may be blocked. or you can but the whole antivirus off and try. let me know wat happen,

SOURCE: Cannot log out of Facebook

The solution I found is simple...
1) Go to the "Tools" option in InternetExplorer
2) Then go to "Internet Options"
3) Select the "Delete" option in the browsing history section.
4) Menu will appear, simply UNTICK THE FIRST BOX! which states "Preseve favourites website data".
This will remove the facebook cookie and stuff so when you log out of hotmail you will not see that message about not being able to log out of facebook anymore =]

Hope this helps It really should!

SOURCE: i am always logged in to facebook but i dont know

You must still have your registered e-mail address available. If you no longer have access to that email address you're either scrood or you're screwed. Take your pick. In order to change your login password you need your old password. If you don't have that password you can have it e-mailed to your registered e-mail account. If you want to change your registered email account you need your old password!! Very effective way of keeping hackers that have access to your computer from changing your passwords and causing general havoc!!

SOURCE: Facebook wont respond to my request for help...been a week

report_abuse.gifI HAVE FOUND A SOLUTION!!! (Please pass this on) I was unable to log into my FB account for @ 6 months. My password was changed and when I clicked on the link to fix it I would never receive the email to reset the password... countless emails to facebook Support, with no reply.. I found out that Facebook is a member of TRUSTe Simply go to their website and fill out a claim against facebook, (read the faq at TRUSTe first) You have to clearly state in your complaint why FB is violating your online privacy. TRUSTe will give FB 10 days to reply and fix your problem. (I had an ACTUAL person from FB contact me and fix my problem within 7 days!!!!! A MIRACLE!! LOL PLEASE PLEASE PASS THIS INFO ON!! I know there are 100's of us out here in the same boat, It is frustrating and heartbreaking to lose all access to your friends and private info!

When you are successfully done with facebook, login back to your email at https://mail.yahoo.com

Use the first password you successfully created earlier.

Reseting the password

To reset your password, go here: http://www.facebook.com/reset.php
  • Facebook will send you a link to your email address (the email address that you enter here must MATCH the email that you used when creating your Facebook account in the first place).
  • Click on the link that they will email to you and enter in your new password to make the change.
Further Password Reset Information (from Facebook): You can reset your password by going to the Account page and using the "Change Password" field.

Remember to only log in on a legitimate Facebook page that has the "www.facebook.com" domain in the URL (web address). For example, www.facebook.example.com is not a legitimate Facebook page on the "www.facebook.com" domain, but http://www.facebook.com/home.php? is a legitimate Facebook page because it has the "facebook.com" domain.

When in doubt, you can always just type in "facebook.com" into your browser to return to the legitimate Facebook site. The most current versions of Firefox and Internet Explorer also warn you if you have navigated to a suspected phishing site, and we recommend that you upgrade your browser to the latest version. You can also find more information about phishing and how to avoid it at http://www.antiphishing.org/consumer_recs.html and http://onguardonline.gov/phishing.html.

Always log out of your Facebook account after each use. Do not share your password information with anyone – Facebook will never ask you to send your password by email nor with Facebook message. Please ensure that you have a password at least six characters long that contains numbers as well as a variety of characters and capitalization. Please also create a new password that is different than other passwords that you use on the internet, so that even if someone knows one of your passwords, the person won't be able to log in to your Facebook account.
