Step 1: I would suggest you to boot in safe mode with networking and check if you face the same issue. To boot into safe mode refer to the link provided below: a)Restart the computer. b)Start tapping the F8 key. c)You will get advanced boot option window. d)Select the option “Safe mode with networking” Step 2: Put the computer in clean boot and check to see if the issue still persists. Note: After troubleshooting, make sure to put the computer to normal startup. If the issue doesn’t persists when the Computer is in clean boot or while in the Safe Mode with Networking, then the issue is confirmed to be caused by a certain non- Microsoft applications. Method 2: This issue might be caused due to viruses. I suggest that you scan your computer from Microsoft Safety Scanner, which would help us to get rid of viruses, spyware, and other malicious software.
Turn Safety mode off: Scroll to the bottom of any YouTube page and click "Safety: On". Next, click the "off" option. If you've locked Safety mode, you'll be prompted to login and enter your username and password to confirm that you'd like to turn off Safety mode.
If you want a fixed decimal display mode, press SHIFT MODE 6 and then a digit specifying the desired number of digits after the decimal point. If you want the calculator to decide, press SHIFT MODE 8 and either 1 or 2 to select one of the "norm" modes. Be aware that if the magnitude of the number gets too small or too large to fit onto the screen the calculator will automatically shift to scientific mode no matter what display mode you have set.
Press and hold the bottom left key (looks like a light bulb with a key above it) until the key on the screen disappears. That will release the safety lock and restore the scanner's normal functions. Need the manual for your scanner? You can download/print it here:
