I'm not a musician so am not familiar with. However I have found a manual on the Internet which is downloadable from here
http://assets.peavey.com/literature/manuals/72483_6844.pdf
Page 23 shows a very clear diagram of the back of the machine and description of the various input/output sockets, which should clear everything up for you. Reading other parts of the manual might also help you avoid trouble.
Cheers

SOURCE: where (does it have one) is the fuse on a peavey KB3

If a fuse has gone, it is likely there is an internal problem. Replacing the fuse without repairing the cause can cause further damage. If the fuse is not readily accessable, it is likely inside very near where the power goes onto the circuit board of the power supply.

I am having trouble attaching a microphone to a Yamaha Clavinova CVP-601. Any suggestions?

You can use the Line In jack, but you will probably need to use a mic preamp to raise the mic output sufficiently. You can try using an inexpensive mic from an amateur karaoke system or Guitar Hero etc. If that mic has no 1/8 inch mini phone plug, you can look for an adaptor, or have a tech type person set the mic cable up for you. If you want better quality, borrow or buy a professional vocal mic which uses an XLR cable and adapt the cable to plug into the 1/8 inch Line In jack on the keyboard. As I said, if the mic level is not loud enough, you can use a mic preamp, such as the ART Tube Mic Pre, which you can find used, or on a clear-out for maybe $25 to $35. Use a cable with a 1/4 inch connector on one end and a 1/8 inch connector on the other, to connect the mic pre output to the keyboard Line in. Plug the mic into the XLR input of the mic preamp. This will work 100%. Just adjust the mic preamp level controls carefully.

I'm new to the oh thing. I bought a Peavey XR684F powered mixer. There are 4 output jacks on the back for speakers. Which ones do I use? I have 2 Behringer B215XL speakers. I also want to use a floor...

Connect the two Behringer B215XL to the Right/Main Speaker Outputs. Monitor(s) would connect to the Left/Mon Speaker Outputs

How do I connect a peavey 32fx mixer to a peavey pv3800 ampflifier

You should be able to connect the XLR l&r outputs to the amp or the 1/4" l&r outs to the amp. Check out the manual here.

Where, exactly, is the headphone jack on the dgx 640? I cannot find it anytwhere.

Here you go:

http://usa.yamaha.com/products/musical-instruments/keyboards/digitalpianos/dgx_series/dgx-640_color_variation/

There is a an "output phones" to put the headphones into on page 17 of the manual here.

Can we connect ipod touch with yamaha psr 2100 keyboard ?...

http://www.yamaha.com/yamahavgn/Documents/KeyboardsDMI/PSR2100E1.pdf
On page 155 it looks like the only input for device(s) in a 1/4" mono jack for microphone or guitar, not stereo that would be needed for iPod. However, if you could set the iPod to mono output, this 1/4" input would work for you.

I am not getting any sound from my Yamaha DGX 200,

From Yamaha DGX 200 Manual
  • Q-There is no sound even when the keyboard is played or when a song is being played back.
  • A-Check that nothing is connected to the PHONES/OUTPUT jack on the rear panel. When a set of headphones is plugged into this jack, no sound is output. Check the Local Control on/off. (See page 69.)

Yamaha Keyboard Microphone Not Working

Hi Simon. Has the cable to your Mike been trapped under the stand, trodden on etc. Could be a faulty plug or even Mike/switch. Did the Mike ever crackle under use?

Have you another Mike and lead to try?

Sorry for the obvious questions but I have seen this happen before and it was a faulty lead...

Yamaha 61 key keyboard midi usb connected but what next

Depending on what you want to do...

If it's only music Mixing, you will have to plug your keyboard via audio jack to the line in of your computer. Then Audacity (free soft) can do the job.

If you want to edit midi file with your keybord you will need midi editor software like Linux-Rosegarden or if under windows try LMMS (all free soft of course).

Good luck
