Does it work when you plug in the charging cord? if, so you may have a battery problem. Try removing the battery and reinstalling it. If it doesn't work with the charging cord you should contact Lenovo tech support on the Lenovo website for assistance in returning the laptop for repair.

I was having the same problem in lenovo s10 3s , but I took it to service station and found that the internal cable which connects the screen to base was loose. You too take it to service station because no power issues and os problem is to do with screen flikr.

How is your screen inverted? Color wise? Upsidedown?

1. Right click on the Desktop and select "Properties." Click the "Settings" tab and then select "Advanced."
   
2. Click the "Driver" tab and then "Graphics Properties."
   
3. Press "Display Settings" and uncheck the "Enable rotation" option. Click "Apply" and then "OK."
   

Then the screen has failed, though that would be obvious.

need to change the LCD screen or the backlite or the invertor board behind the screen
check with a tech shop...

Go to your graphics properties, find the rotarion tab. Set it to normal. Once you get your screen back you can go back in and disable rotation.

Try right clicking the desktop, selecting Graphics Properties, then selecting Display Settings, then set the rotation to 0.
