My Nokia lumia 920 has frozen, I took the sim card out and out it back in and said nice words to it but no go, can you help?

don't go to wallet in the settings section, go to it in apps then it will open showing where your cards are & you can then edit them.

The digitizer could be bad or it's the wrong model type.

I don't know if there are two different models of a 920 or not. But you clearly have the wrong digitizer.
