Audio divice msi k9agm4 - after starting xp massage shows - found new hardware - audio divice on highfition audio bus but after giving driver cd cannot install the sound device this is all happned after formatting my computer before that every thing is normal. help me

Use the CD that came with the board.. All the drivers that should be needed are on it

at first you install UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio from your driver cd if you don't have than u revert back we are give you the link

Here's your drivers (it's called Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture bus driver for high definition audio)
Ms-Uaa bus driver for windows xp ; open the link and click the "Download" button, and save/run it. After it is installed, you will be able install your audio/sound driver without any problem.

you have to install the UAA drivers first, download it from the mircrosoft's site

please check bios setup & load defaults. then re-install again original audio driver.

be sure your driver cd is original. you have an options to install manual and aautomatic. if cannot install from device manager just install it manually from your cd.

look for any motherbaord driver cd with high difinition audio driver or go to your motherboard web site (download/support) and download the sound driver for it.

first f all u should uninstall your all audio drivers follow this steps:
go to divice manager uninstall sound, video and game controller driver then go to system divice & uninstall Microsoft UAA bus driver for high defination audio restart your pc. then follow these steps:-

Open device manager and right-click on Audio device on High definition Audio Bus.
Select Install from a list of specific location (Advanced) Click Next
Select Don’t Search. I will choose the driver to install.
Select Sound, Game & video controller from the list of Hardware type
Click on Have Disk
Click on Browse and navigate to D:\(your motherboard cd path)and click on Open and find codec open it then go to HD.inf click OK
Click Next
It will give you an update driver warning message. Click on yes.
It will start installing the driver
Click on Finish
