2nd Part.
The drivers door switch is the master switch i would take a test light and check to see if the drivers door swich is sending 12 volts to other doors when pushing down on other windows test with test light to see if any light up if you find one that lights up stop pressing switch and see if it goes out if it does the switch is ok if it does not then the drivers door master switch is probably your problem

SOURCE: 1999 Buick Century - passenger side power window does not work
Replace the Driver side window switch. These have a corrosion issue.
SOURCE: only the drivers window works
I've got bad news for you, although you replaced the door switch module, what you failed to know ( and so did I ) that the module is in fact a micro computer with a kind of ( blue tooth technology ) and must go to a GM dealership for ( reprograming ) so all of your componets work togather and can ( speak to one another ) cost 90.00
SOURCE: power windows on passenger side have no power at switches
replace the switch assembly, mine dont work either unless i push forward/back and down at the same time... and the temp outside they all need to be replaced.. :( 1 thing that might help is to make sure that all switches are centered and not stuck and make sure that the window lock isnt on, then try to figure out how to get the switch to activate on the window u want
SOURCE: I received an answer to my original problem
yes, The master switch is the one on the drivers door,
Did you get the whole switch assembly with door locks or just window switches.
