I'd get their phone number and/or get on-line with Panasonic to the telephone department and ask them for the Owners Manuel for your phone they will need Model and Serial Numbers or some such things. There may be a fee for the Manuel.

I found a copy of the manual on amazon.com.

Go to Uniden.com for manual for your base model (pdf format), and you can read the instructions for registration.
