Model 767w hi pls help me out with the following problemmy microwave oven gives e10 when i switch it on.we purchased it in dec last year and we used it occasionally, but from the past 7 months since we were not in town we cld not use it and now when it is used it gives E-10pls reply as soon as possible thanks

First of all, it should still be under warranty since it's less than a year old.

If so, I would contact LG at the number on the owner's manual and check with them.

They should be able to send an authorized servicer and repair it at no charge.

Otherwise, the E10 code usually indicates a problem with the control board or keypad.

This can also happen if moisture gets into the controls, either from steam, spray cleaners, or being in an unheated building such as a garage or shed.
