If
it stops after 22 seconds, that means the controller has detected a
problem, usually a problem with the inverter or a bad magnetron.
Due to the lethal voltages used and produced, I do not recommend that an inexperienced person work on these.

SOURCE: I cannot set the clock on my LG MS1949G Micro wave
After spending 25 minutes on hold while LG try to find out how their own product sets the clock, I now know that the LG MS1949G Microwave open does NOT have the ability to set a clock that shows the time of day.
