Whether you get Arabic language in your motorola or not will depend on which market it was sold in. Best to check settings> initial setup> language in the menu and see if you have the choice.

Hi,
When a phone start showing capture failed, it means that the camera of the phone damaged and needs to be replaced.
You will need to get a new camera for the phone.When you purchase a new camera, loose the phone and fix it, it will work normally.
Would advice if you do not know how to loose the phone, you can take it to a mobile phone repairer to fix it for you in other to cause further damage.
