Only authorised service engineers have schematics to microwave ovens. The reason is that they are extremely dangerous to work on, super high voltage held in the capacitor, the poisonous core of the magnetron and the ability of microwaves to make you blind in 5 seconds. The case is fastened with safety screws for a reason.

Contact the company and ask them for the schematic. Tell them you want to open it up and fix it.

Most manufacturers will not provide schematics or service manuals unless you buy them. U might try to google for the service manual or the specific problem for the specific machine and read the hits for help.

usually check door swith doing those problem but be very carrefull to put the right one the schematic is on the side and they cost about $2.00 each you got about 3 or 4 of those but check schematic

Have you removed the outer case? Sometimes the schematic (and other troubleshooting and calibrating procedure information) is located there. I found such info for a GE microwave (made by Samsung) in an envelope taped to the top of the inside case.
