Hi

This error code indicates a jam either in the fuser exit area or in the final exit area so I would check these areas for a small bit of paper that may be sticking on one of the jam sensors in this area

SOURCE: Fault 127-210. Printer functional but can not connect to command Workstation.

i think it is the problem of Fiery installation

recently i am gone through the same

but i got some other code

Replace any new toner you put in the machine and shut it down for 2 min then power back on. If that doesn't fix it you will have to call Xerox service to replace a sensor that may be broken.

My docucolor 252 has fault 116-388 and 116 353 i repalced hdd but not solve .my customer conect 5v whit 24v in door interL help me

for this code 116-353 the hard drive faulty change once good luck
you need to lookup for ide 40g hd.
