This isn't the place to search for hacking blu ray player region codes. But the easy solution is to use a BD drive in a computer, you're allowed a limited number of region codes resets.
it depends on what region your player is, most likely you need to unlock your region code(if there is an available unlock for your player) if you want to play that disk. but it simply means your dvd and your player is not on the same region
Save the file and then unzip and extract it to your hard drive. Now
burn the subdirectory RMTM0000 and its contents (not the text file)
onto a CD-ROM (ISO format, "closed" CD-ROM). Insert CD-ROM into the LG
BD 370 P player, and when the Region Management System screen is
displayed, set the Region Code to "0" using your remote. Once done,
press "PAUSE" on you remote to save, and you're done!"

blue ray players takes one to two minute to read the content. it will not read as fater as dvd. give some time and then find out what the player says. error or no disc. also check ur BD's region and the region of the disc u inserted. BD's comes with only one region.
