PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PHONE BLUE TOOTH IS WORKING PROPERLY IF YES TRY CONNECTING YOUR PHONE WITH OTHER BLUE TOOTH HEADSETS. IF IT GETS CONNECTED YOUR PHONE DOESN'T SUPPORT YOUR HEADSET. IF IT DOESNT YOUR PHONE ISN;T WORKING GOOD.
I have the same problem. The mobile show blue screen only when charger is plugged in. Else it doesn't even show blue screen. I have even tried the hard reset but it doesn't work.

You Phone lcd has some problem or your flip doors are been lose so you must get your mobile phone check with someone proffesinal in repairing the mobile phone or if you mobile phone is under warrenty claim it .
