I cant get the bobbin case back in, it was jammed so I took it out and now I cant get it to work correctly. I think I got it back in but now it isn't sewing the bottom thread. When I went to monogram something it said that it is jammed or the thread is tangled.

Mine did this and it seemed impossible to fix. My problem was a tiny bit of thread stuck in the bobbin cover (but it could be anywhere in the thread route). I ran dental floss through the path the thread follows and also in the bobbin cover and poof out came a small piece of thread that all my looking missed. Hope this helps.

The opening fits on the right side, toward back. There is the silver ring with the slot in it for the bobbin. That slot is facing the sewer.

unscrew the black plate that holds in the bobbin case and move it over to the left just a little bit, but make sure there is still clearance between the lower right corner of the case and the plate. The case should be able to wiggle a little, but not so loose it can pop out..
You're best bet is probably to buy
a new bobbin casing. They're usually about $25 or so and you should
be able to find one on eBay by searching for Singer (your machine
name and model) under the Crafts category. The silver plate on top of
the area covering where you place your bobbin into has screws you
need to carefully remove (careful not to loose them!). If you need
to, take pictures with your cellphone or digital camera as you remove
the old bobbin casing so you can see how to put the new one in.
