Go to my computer, right click, properties, advanced or advanced system settings, hardware, device manager. Now look for your bluetooth device, if it is not listed it needs a driver, which can be found
on acer's support site, or if you know the manufacture, you can go on their website and get it. I hope this helped solved your problem.

This computer does not have Bluetooth capabilities and you can't make it, by adding a Bluetooth Driver. It would need a Bluetooth transmitter and receiver HARDWARE built into the computer at the time of manufacture..
Probably your laptop dosen't have bluetooth hardware in it. Confirm it by following process Right click on My computer and click Manage then click on device manager on left panel A list will appear which shows the hardware content of your laptop. If the list dosen't contain bluetooth device then it is confirmed that your laptop dosent have bluetooth hardware. Try using external USB bluetooth device for your laptop. Cost couple of dollars.
