Asko w6903 has overflow fault and i cant shut the #@ thing off!

This should not be possible at all! What happends with the machine now?

Again it could be the carbon brushes or a faulty motor tacho

Hi, 2 things to check for. Obstruction in the drain pump or faulty drain pump, brushes in the motor worn out. The easiest way to determine the pump issue is answer this question. Does it drain ? Next, turn the timer to the drain/spin cycle, obviously it should drain & spin and advance to "off". The next thing with these 10505 asko is to see if the drum rotates in both directions in the wash/agitate portion of the cycle. You can just select the short wash for this (I forget if it's #4 or #5) If not, it's worn brushes. However, you'll have to make sure the armature isn't damaged before simply installimg new brushes. We can cross that bridge when we get there. Let me know. Hope that helps, though those are just the most common problems there could be others. Good Luck

Same thing happened to my ASKO W600.  Sounds like the water inlet valve is blocked or broken so therefore can't stop the flow of water coming into machine.  Check it out and replace if necessary.

tip machine back to see if water runs out,then see if it runs.but you may have a leak.also remove top panel and see if grey vent hose on rear of soap draw is leaking on drum end if so replace and glue.if water leaks from there it will damage the motor bearings ant the thermistor that sits above the motor.just tie the door release back on.look into the pump with a tourch,you may fin somthing still in there because if it cant drain it will over fill and cause on overflow fault.hope this helps

You may have the hose between the dispenser and bowl blocked

Close the door firmly.  It won't start until the door is sealed shut.
