1.Go to "Start," click on "Run," type "cmd" in the text box, and then click on "OK."
2.On to the black window that opens up, click and drag the software installation file icon that you wish to install. Try loading windows in safe mode ( F8 ) and deleting the program from the Add/Remove Programs on Settings > Control Panel

Try to remove that on the boot.ini on your system.
You can do that by following this.
