I bought a 1994 spectrum tanning bed and can't get it to come on its a 220 volt bed and I have 220 volts going to bed but it will not come on I can hear a humming noise but the bulbs will not light up

This will most likely be as simple as just replacing the blown bulbs. If too much power goes through most bulbs they act like a fuse and 'Pop'. Looks like you've been lucky and the blown bulbs have stopped the 220 volts from damaging other parts of the tanning bed.
no, voltage is not the issue, what is the amperage you need. If you need more than you have, then you could have 2000 volts and it will not work. Also your taking AC to AC, or DC to DC. There's a big difference in what you need for each. look up Ohms law for for the calculations needed for voltage vs amperage using one socket. good luck
I Have a m2 24rs8 tanning bed. I loved it . I have moved it was in storage for 2 1/2 years. Moved to a new house. I hooked my bed up. the only thing it does kinda turn the fan on. what have I done wrong....It is on a 20amp bracker. Wire is 12 2 with ground. HELP PLEASE
