You video source is currently on the wrong setting.
To correct this press and hold down the FN key. While holding the FN key press the F7 key on time, then let go of FN. Wait a few seconds. If your move does not come on, then do it again. Try is 2-3 times waiting a few second in between until you movie comes up.

Try this and see if it works....Go to XboxLive.com and log in using your email address and password. Once you are logged in go to the XboxLive Marketplace. There should be a drop down menu to the left of the page that says "change department" click on the arrow and go to game add ons and click on it. Call of Duty should be on the first row of games that pop up. Click on it and then go to map pack 3 and click the green button that says download to xbox 360. It should then send it to the download tab on your 360. The computer is a diffrent ISP address so it may have some bearing or it may not. I googled your problem and alot of people have your problem in diffrent regions and they had luck with this solution. If it doesn't work I will try to research some more for you.

Your tv screen has problems with the video mode
that has setted up on your ps3, hold the power button till hear two beeps, this will reset the video mode of the ps3, and leavse you at a screen to set up the video mode of the ps3.

for this type of issue,it could be the DISC,AV CABLE or the CONSOLE itself.

TRY THIS:

• try using a diff game disc with the same title.if it worked,buy a new disc

• if using a diff game disc wont work, try using a different AV cable (the cable that connects the console to the TV)

• if still doesnt work.process a repair for the console at service.xbox.com or call xbox support hotline for phone assistance,you can also check further troubleshooting steps at xbox.com

maybe yu got to update go call xbox .

redownload all maps and blow air into inside of xbox or clean disk and check for scratches. if that doesn't work you were either banned or need a new game data will be same disk might be ****.!!
