Our quinny seat is currently facing 4ward and we wld like it to be facing towards me when pushing it

The buzz is very simple to use. The best way to do it is to recline the seat unit into the lie flat position using the grey buttons at the side of the frame and then using the same buttons, while holding them both down, lift off the seat unit, turn it round to face the opposite way and then click it back into place on the frame in exactly the same way. You will them be able to recline the seat up or down in the same way as you would while facing the other way, however I think there are slightly less recline positions while facing one way but I can't remember which way! Hope this makes sense!

My Dyson DC07 will not stand upright. It just lays in the recline position.

- Stand behind the vacuum cleaner and look at the right-hand side wheel
- Remove the AI PIPE (it has two purple buttons that you push together to lift it up and out - it looks like a Tuba)
- Lay the handle down and look for a black button that will be exposed in front of the square hole
- Stick your index finger and middle finger into the vacant AI Pipe Hole (the square hole)
- Reach over with your thumb and press the black button in front of the square hole
- Whilst pushing the black button, lift your index finger and your middle finger and move the gray plastic piece up (lift the square hole basically)
- Remove your fingers from the square hole
- Lift the handle and stand your machine back upright again
- Place the AI Pipe back into the square hole
