I have the caravell freezer model is CATF61,its keep running gos low to -20 i can not find the temperature adjustment any where, anyone know where is the adjustment for temperature?
It's supposed to go to -20! Is there a panel in the side at the bottom? Stat is inside the panel

TURN THE FRIG. TEMP CONTROL TO COLDER THIS WILL OPEN THE FREEZER FLAP MORE AND LET MORE AIR IN FRIG.ALSO THE TEMP CONTROL COULD BE BAD,TURN ALL THE WAY OFF AN TURN ON SLOW AND LISTEN FOR A CLICK IF NO CLICK THE CONTROL IS BAD,THANKS-MIKE

If all is ideal maybe -10 an occationally -15 and this is F considerable coolder than -20C. ALSO fyi a chest freezer will stay at or below these temps better than an upright and especially a self defrosting model. Because a chest freezer you dont loose all the cold air when you open the door. TYhey are not made in auto matic defrost as far as I know (never have seen one but then I havent been looking for one either. An up right freezer can be manual defrost or automatic. but the cold air falls ouit every time the door is opened.

There may be vents that need to be closed and or opened a little for proper adjustment.
Is your circulating fan working?
Sometimes they stick and need a shot of WD 40 and then work
it back and forth a little until it wants to take off again. Keep me informed
