clutch start switch could be failing. but check battery volts make sure battery 12.6 volts and clean battery cables and battery posts if they corroded if looks badly corroded. replace both battery cables.
Down by the clutch pedal, there is a safety switch that allows a signal to be sent to the starter relay. The switch probably has a bad spot inside that is not allowing a good contact. You will possibly need to replace or have the switch replaced.
they do have an idle control system on throttle body.. make sure no vacumm leaks...... also try changing the ect two wire electronic cooling temperature sensor....common honda problem use oem... let me know for further
Look up under the dash at the clutch pedal arm, if your car is equiped with a cluch safety switch, the switch may be out of adjustment or in need of replacement.
