the simple answer is that the passcode is 0000 and your bluetooth will pair with ps3

Go to ur phones bluetooth settings - activate pair new device - at the same time press and hold the on button on your blue tooth head set for about 10-15 seconds - this will enter the device into pair mode - on your phone - click on pair with new device etc etc, the default access code is either 0000 or 1234
