[email protected] can't get e-mail

Gmail will no longer accept 'pop' remote access to accounts. You have to logon to the account via your browser and read your mail.

So, it seems that you are forwarding the mails received from [email protected] to your other mail.

Login to gmail in a.vannispen account ->
Go to settings ->
Go to Forwarding ->
Check that you have a forwarding mail and remove it.

There you are!

Google GMail Settings
The Google GMail service offers email client access for retrieving and sending emails through your Gmail account. However, for security reasons, GMail uses POP3 over an SSL connection, so make sure your email client supports encrypted SSL connections.

Google Gmail Incoming Mail Server (POP3) - pop.gmail.com (SSL enabled, port 995)

Outgoing Mail Server - use the SMTP mail server address provided by your local ISP or smtp.gmail.com (SSL enabled, port 465)

POP settings:

pop.gmail.com = Incoming mail server
smtp.gmail.com = Outgoing mail server

SSL ports
Incoming mail = 995
outgoing mail = 465

IMAP settings
imap.gmail.com = incoming mail server
smtp.gmail.com = outgoing mail server
