That unit is probably 7-10 years old... it probably has a dead battery. either buy a new one or get out your special screw driver kit to see if the one inside can be ordered from someone like Batteries+ or Amazon.com
I bought a iRola table 7 inches around christmas, I worked up to a day a go, now it will not turn on ? what do I do to repair this problem are can I return it to the company for warranty.
By doing a factory reset. 1.) Charge it all the way 2.) Power it off if its on 3.) Hold the up and down volume buttons at the same time 4.) While doing #3 press and hold till you see the irola logo then release only the power button. 5.) You should see an android logo, volume down for first menu. 6.) Follow instructions for factory reset wipe all user data. **** you must have min 50% battery ***** just charge it all the way.
First the unit gets shipped with a minimal charge on the battery, make sure you have the battery fully charged for before turning it on.
second hope power button down coat see the screen display the irola logo then release, first boot will take awhile just leave it be (takes up to 3 min for first boot)
I am posting this with my irola dx752
