You don't supply a model number and they make quite a few! Here are all the manuals. That sounds normal to me, Green for fully charged and ready to use, Blue to say it is trickle charging.

You will constantly need to jump from ledge to ledge to avoid his attacks. When his left arm comes down to hit you, either roll evade or jump to dodge his attack. Then climb up his arm to destroy the blue emblems. Then you will have to keep on shooting at him using auto targeting to destroy the other blue emblems. Good luck!
What a ******, you should just buy another kit. Make photo copies of the manual and give your son the newly purchased kit. That way everyone comes out a winner. :-p
