You need to open the side cover on the kick starter side. Check if the spring that returns the kick starter ha snot came out of his position. There is a hole in the casing that it must hook into, that hole sometimes crack or break open then the spring locks in between the gears. I had mine welded up and I drilled and tapped the hole, bent the spring side ways and bolted it down, it has not came loose yet. If the spring is still in its position, remove the clutch plates and see if the engine has not seized up.

I cant seem to get enough power to the starter and the engine is kicking back like its out of time in a z24 89 hardbody automatic

Starter motors do get tired and need a birthday sometimes, connections become loose and dirty and batteries become less youthful.

The engine probably seems to be kicking back because that is probably exactly what is happening.

I would disconnect the ignition system and then troubleshoot the starting system for a start and once a respectable cranking speed was reestablished I would move on to the timing...

Honda 125 innova kick start problem

Picture a lawnmower. Pull the starter cable with the lawnmower on its side. Envision the movement being the same on the kick start. Removal of the cylinder housing requires removal of the starter arm. Many scenarios the arm connects to a gear with a bolt. Recommend bike shop. So as not to damage gear.

Cant start my brand new easystart stihl 50 whipper snipper kicks then dies it was already fueled when i bought it

Has it got a fuel bubble like button you need to push a few times to get the fuel flowing? Or is there a throttle lever near the starter that you move up slightly until the engine warms up then you decrease it?

When i start car starter kicks out but doesnt spin starter is good and relay is also good replaced in last 24 hrs. starter off car and grounded will kick out but never spins cant find fusable link could...

You have problems with the internals of the starter motor, i had the same problem in my truck straight after i got it rebuilt, kicked out would not turn, mine shorted out and burnt the battery leads, take it to an auto electrician, i think its called the armature which is the problem, not sure of the exact name.

My kx 125 was going well then lost power and now can not move kick start at all . how do i tell if the engine is siezed

sounds like it seized! if the kick starter wont go down. take the spark plug out, pour some thin oil down the hole, let it soak overnight, then try moving the kick starter again.

Starter motor wont kick in

it is probably under the motor near the front of the block You will need to get under you car or get it up on a hoist most cars have the starter motor underneath

Suzuki ds 80

Kick Starters on 80CC machines are almost universal. You can look for a Honda or Yamaha and they should fit just make sure that the fitting is the same. Try to expand your search for Suzuki kickstart. good luck
