I just replaced my icemaker in the SubZero 532. It was very easy to do, BUT ... the metal fill tube that comes out of the back of the fridge was loose...I just laid it back in place like it was in the old ice maker. But now I have water on the back of the fridge, and it is freezing there. I'm thinking this metal tube is not in the proper place, but how do you get to it. I can see the end of it by the ice maker, but I can't see the other end of it. Thanks...
Turn the Freezer and icemaker off. There are two screws pointing up holding the shelf above the icemaker down. Take them out and gently push the front of the shelf up to see the plastic tube coming out the back wall that the metal tube pushes onto. You will probably need to thaw the excess ice out first. Push the metal tube into place over the plastic tube it should curve toward the icemaker cup. Don't push it on too far or it will miss the cup.

I noticed today that 24 EC is flashing on our frig. I looked on here and found out that it means Defrost Under heat. What needs to be done to correct this problem?
