I found the manual, in case you don't have one,
HERE. On page 30, it has an illustration showing two buttons, and the presser foot lever. If you press the button once or twice, it will raise the needle.
> Press (Needle position button) once or
twice to raise the needle.
> The needle is correctly raised when the mark on
the handwheel is at the top, as shown below.
Check the handwheel and, if this mark is not at
this position, press (Needle position button)
until it is.
Get the manual if you don't have one, that will give you so much more than any here can do, but I think that should solve you trouble, Please rate and comment, Thank You,
