I need a temperature control knob for my cuisinart slow cooker csc-400. I can't seem to find a site that has this.

Contact the manufacturer and if they don't supply the knob as a spare part you will have to adapt/use a knob from something else or buy a generic replacement knob.

Try searching for universal appliance control knobs or better still, start by asking your local repair shop, recycling yard or handyman.

I need a replacement control knob. How can I get one?

Have you tried Googling with the part number and manufactor. You should be able to download a manual with the part numbers. Then it's just a simple matter of Google the part number you need.

I need a temperture control knob for rival crockpot

I have had good luck at our local appliance parts store. Take the old knob or the slow cooker in if you have a store close. Try looking for Appliances Household Parts in the yellow pages. If you have a metric/standard tape measure, remove the knob by pulling it off, if it will come off, then measure the shaft in mm and inches and look online. Also make sure to look at the shape of the shaft, sometimes they are half moon. Best of Luck

I have a model SCO-150 crock pot. When I turned

Well stocked hardware stores have knobs that fit the heat controls on units like the Corningware slow cooker. That's either a local hardware store or a "big box" store. And Radio Shack or another big electronics parts places might, too. Notice the shaft of the control. It's almost certainly round with a "flat spot" on it. The flat spot is manufactured on the shaft of the control so the knob will have a place to "grip" the shaft and not slip. The knobs are pretty standard in the electrical industry. They're used for stuff like light dimmers and such. If you can measure the shaft, you'll probably find it's 1/4" in diameter - a standard size. Call your local True Value or Ace Hardware and explain the problem. It's almost a sure bet that they've got a solution. Make a measurement and make a call. If they've got one, go ahead and pack your cooker in with you, just to be sure. They can check the fit. One trip is all it should take. The staff at the hardware store is waiting to help you. They want you to call.
