I solved your problem but you are not any brief problem say. So you are clear what is you problem.
A> If you are not access facebook, then first you create account and all information fill it then facebook you access.
B> If you are already create account and then you not access then your password or user id not match so you remember what is you id or pass.
C> If you are not open facebook home page the you check it internet speed or internet connection proper or not.
D> If you are not login page access then click link.
