Most small appliances cost more to repair than they are worth. Unless it needs a simple switch or a cord plug it's probably junk. Suggest buy a new device.

These are the free one I could find. Generally, an authorized servicer is not allowed to distribute a full service manual, so you normally have to pay someone to get a complete service manual.
