I think this will help a bit (p.2 only), although it seems a little crude to be a full service manual - this is a service manual for an Oster "Osterizer" Blender - one of the classics:
http://www.villaware.com/manuals/ProductService/Service/Sunbeam/4112.8.pdf

Here is one for a Philips blender, but once again, not as detailed as I've ever seen:
http://www.eserviceinfo.com/download.php?fileid=27616

These are the free one I could find. Generally, an authorized servicer is not allowed to distribute a full service manual, so you normally have to pay someone to get a complete service manual.

Best blender brand for smoothies and juicing?

I would recommend to invest in a high quality blender that can perform all blending operations. If you're going to blending a bunch and need high speed blender to prepare smoothies and juices quickly. Vitamix will be a great option.

Wont turn on,just blinking light

This will probably need either a new thermal fuse on the field windings or a new motor.

When I turn my blender on, it runs for only a few seconds, then stops and all the lights on the panel flash on and off.

More often than not it will need the motor to be replaced, only Kitchen Aid parts will do, motors are usually unique to brands and models. Sometimes it can be the control/button panel but normally the motor.

My kenmore blender stopped blending!!!

There is a gear underneath the blender blade. This connects the blade to the motor found on the base of the blender. This gear usually get worn out specially if the load that we are giving to the blender is beyond its limit. I hope you could by a spare on one of the electric shop near or might as well consider buying a new set.
