I am using BH214. However, I replaced the stock earbuds with a sony earbud product. The problem arises when I receive a call. Even though I can answer the call from the bluetooth device, the end user is unable to listen to my voice. Is the sony earbuds causing the problem or the mic is malfuctioning?

To pair with bluetooth, it depends on your model (TWS, SoundPods)
Turn on Bluetooth on your device
Remove one or both earbuds from the charging dock. The earbuds will have a flashing blue and red light indicating they are ready to pair
Long press the multi-function button for 3 seconds to power SoundPods on. When the Earbud LED Indicators flash red and blue, they are ready to be paired.
something that used to happen allot to my headphones and earbuds is that one of the ears (sides) would stop working!I found a quite simple solution that made my 1 year lasting earbuds into 3-4 year earbuds!on the connector end, wrap 1 inch of electrical tape around the wire (not on the metal though).that way it wont bend back and forth allot near the base.Hope this helps someone!
When earbuds are off, press and hold 15+ seconds on the RIGHT earbud button. ... Repeat process with LEFT earbud: Press and hold 15+ seconds on earbud button. Release when earbud flashes white. Once earbuds connect, the right earbud will flash blue and white indicating it is ready to connect to Bluetooth.
