check the earth wire, sometimes they are lose enough to be problematic. Although if turning over and not firing up, does sound like immobiliser issue. Are you using the master key? although I'm not sure about 1994, should deativate once unlocked with key, unless after market alarm set up
You may still have a battery issue. The starter motor takes a tremendous amount of power to operate, where a light or radio draws much less current. I would attempt a jump start first to eliminate your battery and give you a direction in troubleshooting your issue.
That clicking sound is the starter solenoid, starter might be jam or gone bad, while some one hold key to start, hit starter if jam will start, if it don't starter will have to be replace.
