Is belt squealing? or is there a squeaky noise?

Squealing would denote belt slippage... belt might be loose, apply more belt tension at idler pulley (if possible). Consider trying a spray-on 'anti-slip" compound.

Squeaky noise could mean a bad pulley bearing.

I have found these printers to be noisy at the best of times, but bad cartridges can add another level of noise to things. Squeaky cartridges are not uncommon, particularily if they are remanufactured cartridges and not orignal HP products.

is it a constant squeak or intermittent. Pay attention to whats happening to the vehicle when the noise is being made. Brakes need replaced, or squeaky suspension?

Not the motor if it's still working. The noise is coming from the bushing that hold the drum in place.
