Hi, Your network operator will send you the settings to your device automatically if your mobile is supported.
To configure the settings manually, you need to call to your mobile operator's customer care and they can provide you help to configure your device with their network specific settings.
Having proper settings is not only enough to access the NET but also you should have proper GPRS subscription activated for your mobile number by the operator. Contact your network operator for activating a plan.

Well you need to contact costumer care of your service provide only they can send you the GPRS and MMS settings, they send you a message of GPRS and MMS settings you just need to save that message to your phone....... So call now to your service provider costumer care and ask them for that settings........ Note. GPRS, MMS or Internet settings are always provided by the service provider....
Hello, I just confirmed with Motorola customer care, sicne I also faced the same problem. It seems the Moto W270 does NOT have a modem (hardware) hence one CANNOT access internet on the PC via the data cable, internet access is possible only on the handset and not on the PC
As far as i know, no one has checked out pc suites of other motorola mobiles i guess.As of now, no pc suites available.
As i use the same phone, its given in the manual that it supports only sandisk company micro SD memory cards to my horror.Somehow i got the fly mobile memory card working but this card doesn't work in other mobiles.The only way to get mp3 is to activate internet, GPRS and download songs.Else you got to use an adapter for the memory card, connect to pc, store info and go on with the mobile.You got no prob with connecting phone to pc or instead using an adapter for a memory card.

Anpother prob is that you will have a very low download speed through the internet.So, its better you connect memory card to the pc.
Moto W270 dose not have a Java installed , so all those issues about insalling games in W270 will not work , and one more thing copying jar files to others folder will not work..
