BSOD is not a good term to use. That term means that screen comes up WITH WHITE writing on it and it shows what the error was that caused the problem.. So if it is a true BSOD then what are the codes that show up?
Just because you get a BSOD message does not mean you have a virus. Granted if you have a virus this can cause problems with your system files which cause a BSOD.
The easiest way to clean your system would be to go to this link and run a scan on your computer.
However this still may not fix the BSOD issue. If you keep getting it please reply with the error message that is in the BSOD. The link below will show you what is needed if you are not sure. With the error message and stop code i can tell you where the problem is.

You can configure Windows to not automatically restart when a bsod occurs. In the Control Panel, go to System and then select the Advanced tab. Then click Settings under Startup and Recovery. Clear the Automatically restart checkbox.
