It's only an educated guess. If all other locks switches are working it' either the switch panel itself or an electrical short. Switches are popular, get it checked first
i suggest you call your service company and tell them.. they will either send u a new phone.. or they might be able to provide you with an unlock code. i know that tmobile can give unlock codes cause theyve done it 4 me.. they have sent me new phones before also... please rate my soliution.. thanks :)

From my experience with iPods, the only way to get rid of lock codes that you can't remember is to do a restore on your iPod. This will result in all data being removed from it however. But if you have a backup on your computer of everything you have, then you should be fine. You will have to reload all your music and stuff.
