WHITE BLANK SCREEN ON YASHICA MP4 PLAYER. NOT WORKING.

I had purchased YASHICA MP4 PLAYER DM2000 4GB SL MP4 PLAYER AT MUSCUT. I brought to India, It is not working. If i put to charge white screen lights up. every thing is blank. please help me.

Sir, the device doesnt work depending upon the place we are in.there must be some problem in its working.you better contact the company for replacing it.

If you have warranty you can approach the seller to fix the problem. But the warranty is only for 3 months? There must be some agent in India dealing with such devices.

  • I just purchased DMT4000 also in Oman at Sohar and hope it works alright. Just testing...but a great device....first impressions.

No any software is need. Check the battery key. Another you can try to connect PC with mp4 player.

Whether the li-ion battery has no energy？ Try to charge it. Also the fireware of mp4 player is wrong. If it is, you'd better contact the seller or put it to repair.

Blank white screen in my Acer Travelmate 5730 Laptop
Hello Karthik,
This must surely be a problem with your monitor, because you say that you see the white screen while boot up. If this is a graphic driver issue, you may have the problem after booting up in windows. Since its been only a month old laptop, the product must be in warranty for sure. Take away any CDs in the drive, any USB drives and see if this white screen appears. Let us know.
