I don't know which one it is it has a camera and flash I think its a 3G
It's easy to see if u have a 3g or not look for the compass app. If it's there you have a 3g.

ok! I figured it out... What I did was, I simply restored the phone with the backup taken from another phone with the same name and now my Restriction Code is blank (as it was blank in the other phone)

you can try to reset it hold the home and the power button for at least 10 sec or until the ipod resets and shows the apple logo
