• Remedy? See if the bus cable plug and cable connection are connected or damaged

I recall that ours did this. At the front underside they is a small removable hopper that is the first part of the drain. Make sure it is correctly located and level.

Or, call the installer back. Rational telephone help is also very good.

Error 51 I perform cleaning the steam generator and all source of water and I change battery also but still error is appearing to please give me solution

Steam Generator Issue. Call for service, you can't fix these yourself as they are fully computer controlled. Maintaining them is a cost of doing business.

Rational Cooking centre are so overly technical, only their own engineers can solve the coded issues. The last place I worked, we bought one for $45,000 and it cost $16,000 to run 60 amp 3 phase power, water and drainage to it. It needed 2 service calls in the first 6 months. They are great when they are working and the self cleaning feature is magical.

Use something similar size to the rational pills, place it where you would normally put the pills for cleaning, go to start the cycle, then pop the door before you press start, should trick the rational into unlocking,

The motor should start as soon as the door is closed.
to check the motor, I need to know the s/n. Some motors use contractors, others use electronic motor control.

I m working on a rational oven CMP61. I repaired the Fan Motor PCB but led light this blinking 7times with motor installed on PCB. Without motor installed on PCB led blinks 11times.
What must the problem give some hint or guidance.

You really need a specialist repairer to resolve this but this generally relates to a main fan motor defect or a failure elsewhere in the bus circuit.
