Huskee 31cc Gas tank leaks

No spark? Check out ignition coil. Make sure the fuel is turned on if you have an on line hose switch for that.

you have a wire grounding causing the fuse to blow you will have to trace wires to see if one is pinched or rubbed raw

need to relace the prime line with a longer line...

Check simple things first - as soon as engine dies, remove gas cap and attempt to restart. If successful, the vent is blocked, causing a vacuum to form in the tank. Effect will be more pronounced when tank is full.

get new line cut end at an angle , lube with oil and twist it in, snag the line and pull it out the filler hole and insert filter on the end, connect and enjoy.

Typical fuel line routing is:

One line (the one with the fuel filter in the end of it) comes out of the fuel tank and goes to the bottom fitting on the carburator. The second line comes out of the tank and goes to the bottom fitting on the primer bulb. The third section of line goes from the top fitting on primer bulb to top fitting on the carburator. I am not really sure how many lines you replaced. But the fuel line layout on most types of trimmers, weed wackers and lawn mowers are pretty straight forward. There is usually a line inside the gas tank for connecting the fuel strainer\filter. Then a line from the bottom of the tank to the carburetor. This line may also have a fuel filter located on it. On more complicated equipment you may find a breather line that loops back to the carburetor.

It goes directly into the gas tank.

I would agree that is most likely the problem. I would just readjust.
