36mm is the consensus of opinion, but in reality, it is the socket that 'FITS'! Most socket sets come in metric and imperial, you use that one that is the best fit.

Not sure about the size of the axle nut, but you can get service manuals on Amazon or eBay (Haynes or Chiltons), or a pdf download from servicemanualrepairs.com.

Check air pressure in tires.

Should be an adjustment nut on the back of the brake arm.

Kawasaki realy do suffer badly with corrosion preventing rear wheel spindle removal, remove the castlated nut from the axle, tunr the nut around and screw it on with the castle cutouts facing the frame untill the end of the nut is level with the end of the spindle, this way you will not cause damage to the axle threads, using a large hammer, give sharp blows to the end of the nut makeing sure you hit it square to avoide causing damage, keep knocking untill the spindle moves, then undo the nut some and hit some more, then from the opposite side cleane the spindle, lubricate and knock it back the other way, then back again, repeating this action untill you can knock all the way through with a drift of the same size, (TIP) placing a hammer or piece of wood under the tyre will prevent the wheel falling down when spindle is removed from 1side of the swinging arm easing removal, clean, spindle, bearings etc lubricate before replacing) when removing the sprocket housing from the wheel do not omit to replace spacer as fitted inside the hub, often people forget to replace this causin bearing failure

You can purchase a rim for your bike from a host of different makers and suppliers, just needs to be the same size. IE: 90/100-16 or 3.60" - 4.10" x 16" and same the spoke number as hubs.

I presume u mean the thread does not protrude much (if at all) past the nut
How does the nut lock?
split-pin / R clip or cir-clip - it must come through much further
tab / spring-washer - it should be at least flush (level) with the nut
or if it is a Nylock / Aircraft-style locking nut - the spindle should protrude at least 5mm to allow for the thread lead-in

With an assistant depressing the brake pedal to prevent the wheel from turning, tighten the spindle nut to 164 ft. lbs. (223 Nm). The vehicle should not rest on the tires or move until the spindle nut is tightened.

try 8.5-10.5 kgf m using torque wrench or just turn the nut slowly until it reches the point where more effort is required, just add 1/4 turn and that should be just about right. Good enough?
