C55-A Toshiba , Low volume on my ear phones . Click on speaker icon . Click on Speaker icon, at top of speaker Volume . This will take you to Speaker properties . Select drop down menu in the advanced tab. I changed my bit rate until I found one that worked with my ear phones .

A sound card is a hardware device and cannot be downloaded.

What I suspect you are looking for is the audio drivers which make your installed sound card work properly. If that is the case, please provide us with the model of your sound card so that we may provide you a link.

SOUND DRIVER

Physically examine the make and model of the sound card as sometimes these are replaced with generic ones.
Alternatively, run a driver detector to get an accurate model of the sound card.
